1. If I get this software, will I have to purchase anything else for my business?
The Abundance Tool software is incredibly comprehensive. The ONLY purchases/accounts you may need to have as a new-intermediate coach/course creator, in addition to the software, are:
ZOOM PRO or GOOGLE MEETS ($159.90 per year). If you are planning on doing virtual sessions, you are going to need a software like Zoom. As of right now, Zoom Pro costs $159.90 per year, which should be more than you need (for new-intermediate coaches/course creators). If you do not plan on doing a lot of coaching, you can most likely get away with doing phone calls or using the Basic plan (FREE version) of Zoom which will give you meetings up to 45-minutes for Free.
DOMAIN & BUSINESS EMAIL (~$40 per year) You will need to purchase a domain (this typically costs about $14.99 per year on GoDaddy or Square Space) and pay monthly ($2-$4 a month) for an email connected to that domain. If you want to have your professional email be powered by Microsoft/Outlook, get your domain from GoDaddy. If you prefer Google/Gmail, get your domain from Squarespace. We can help you to set this up on your onboarding call.
CANVA (FREE - $11.99 per month) Canva is a graphic design tool for people who are not graphic designers. It is the most simple and comprehensive tool out there for creating images, graphics, designs, and videos. You can probably get away with the FREE version of Canva, but we recommend paying the $11.99 per month to get access to much better tools.
STRIPE or SQUARE (FREE + Standard Transaction Fees) In order to collect payments through the Abundance Tool software, you will need to sign up for a Stripe or Square account. Having an account is free, but they do charge a fee per transaction (which is currently +2.90% + 0.30 cents per successful transaction).
GOOGLE CALENDAR (FREE) You will not need to pay anything for Google Calendar, but you will need to have an account to link with the Abundance Tool software to create booking links.
2. How long will I need this software?
Like other Software Platforms the Abundance Tool software is an ongoing monthly fee for access to all of the tools. If you decide to sign up, you will continue to pay $97 monthly to get continued access to everything listed above. There are no hidden fees. You can cancel for Free at any time.
3. What happens if I decide to cancel?
If you cancel the subscription, you will lose access to the software, as well as everything that you have created/built using the software (ie: funnels/websites, email campaigns, courses, calendar/scheduling links, etc.). If you want to cancel, we suggest that you take screenshots and make copies of everything that you have created so that you can use it later. If you want to cancel, you can go to the bottom of our website and find the "cancellation page" - on that page, there is a quick form you can fill out (takes 2 min) that will notify us that you are canceling. Please allow 2 business days for us to process your cancellation. Payments happen on a month-to-month basis. Any payments that you have made are non-refundable. There is no cancellation fee, and you can cancel at any time. You will have access to the software for the remaining time you have paid for (i.e. if you paid on the first of the month you will continue to have access to the software until the next payment cycle comes due. on the first of the month.) There are no hidden fees and you can cancel any time.
4. Do you Do "Done-For-You" Work?
Yes! We can build your website, funnels, set up your calendar, help you move from your current software over to the Abundance Tool, etc. If you would like us to do it for you, please connect with us (the fastest way is through Telegram), and we can talk about what you need done. Prices for "Done-For-You" services will vary depending on the amount of work required. Time frames will depend on the availability of our team.
5. If I already have other software platform(s) can I switch to the Abundance Tool?
Yes! You can switch over. We have seen coaches who switch save hundreds of dollars in monthly software fees. It is also a lot less headache when everything is in one place and works together seamlessly. It can take time to switch over but it is worth it in the end because of how much you save and how much easier it is to use. We recommend you take your time and move one thing over at a time.
6. Did you create this software yourself?
The Abundance Tool is powered by a Company called Go High Level. We are a white label of the Go High Level software system. Please feel free to research them! Go High Level is Amazing!
