A Few Words of Inspiration from Victoria:

As we step into a brand new month, it’s time to refocus on the goals we set last week during our meeting. August is here, and this is our chance to make it count.

So as you start your day, ask yourself:

What can I do to set myself up to actually meet these goals?

For example, I realized one thing that really helps me is picking up my house the night before. If I wake up to a messy kitchen and clutter everywhere, it throws me off. But when I start my day in a clean space, I’m already in the right mindset to show up strong.

Take a moment to check in.

What would make your goals easier to follow through on?
